To produce relevant and reliable information for our clients, we integrate effective information technology and a variety of data sources.

Software
The main geographical software we use is MapInfo, the leading software for mapping and geographic analysis. MapInfo enables us to create sophisticated and detailed thematic maps to illustrate our ideas in project reporting. For plans of business premises, AutoCad drafts are used as planning tools.

MapInfo's Vertical Mapper software creates grids, or continuous surfaces of geographical information, and works seamlessly within MapInfo.

Data Sources
Our main data source is Finland Statistics (Suomi CD, Yritys-Suomi CD), which has very detailed geographical statistics (density in squares of 250 m x 250 m). Up-to-date retail and market statistics (volumes, networks ect.) are also readily available.

In regional analysis we utilize urban area development plans and proposals, as well as layouts (vector and raster maps), which are applied by our computer software.
